Producing Artistic Director
Susan has served as BLUEBARN’s Producing Artistic Director since 2001. Susan alongside Shannon Walenta (Managing Director at the time) ran the Capital Campaign that enabled the Bluebarn to build its own stand alone theatre which opened its doors in 2015. She has directed numerous productions, winning the Theatre Arts Guild Award for her direction of A Piece of my Heart , The Goat or Who is Sylvia, Three Tall Women, and Spring Awakening. She graduated with a BFA in Theatre/Film from the State University of New York at Purchase Theatre Conservatory.
