Additional access to Dressing Room, Matthews Galley, and Fagan Green Room: +$150 (1-4 hrs), +250 (4-8 hrs), and +400 (8-12 hrs)
Weekend Surcharge of 20 % will be applied to events held on Friday after 4pm, Saturday, and Sunday.
Your event is limited to the spaces and time you have rented, please consider this in your set-up and clean-up planning. Stage spaces come “as is” which means production seating, staging, and scenic elements may not be moved for a rental. Office and Scene Shop areas are not included in any rental packages.
A BLUEBARN Staff member must be present for all rentals. The minimum charge for staffing your event is $150 for up to 4 hours, and $25 per hour additional charge for each hour beyond four hours. This charge is in addition to the rental fee. If the rental involves simultaneous indoor and outdoor use, a second site attendant is required for an additional fee.
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due upon signing. The balance of charges are due 30 days prior to the event. Cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MC, Discover, AmEx) are accepted forms of payment.
The BLUEBARN makes a variety of resources and personnel available to its guests. These include standard event necessities like A/V equipment, lighting options, technical personnel, and furniture… as well as strange, one-of-a-kind items you’ll only find at the BLUEBARN. For production needs we can’t meet in-house, the BLUEBARN has preferred outside vendors we can direct you toward.

CATERING CREATIONS is a featured provider for food catering services for BLUEBARN rentals. Visit their website, http://cateringcreations.com/, or call (402) 558-3202 for more information. Rental clients are welcome, however, to use their preferred caterer.
Beer & Wine Package** – $13.00 per person (7% sales tax applies):

BLUEBARN Theatre is the client of many distributors. Specific beer, wine, and liquor choices can be selected by the client or we would be more than happy to offer some options.
Wine and Beer: $6 per glass
Soda and Bottled Water: $2
Coffee (regular and decaf): $2
Hot Cocoa ($3) and Hot Apple Cider ($2) can be added to drink selection upon request.
*Specialty Liquors, Wines, Champagne, etc. are available for an additional cost.

**BLUEBARN is also happy to design Open Bar packages based on the clients’ needs.
Bartending will be provided by the BLUEBARN at a rate of $20 an hour per bartender ($75 minimum).
We recommend at least one bartender for every 75 guests.
Changes to the agreed upon services and plans will result in a $50 fee (13-8 days before) or a $100 dollar fee (the week before an event).
